1. General
1.1.These rules apply on the taburetka.fun website, in the client, the loader and the client chat, and on our Discord. They are part of the User Agreement: by registering an account, paying for a subscription or activating a key, you accept them.
1.2.Taburetka Client is a client for Minecraft 1.16.5, 1.21.11, 26.2 and 26.3. The site and the client are provided “as is”.
1.3.Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. The client is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
2. Account
2.1.One account — one person. You are responsible for keeping your login and password safe and for everything that happens under your account.
2.2.You may not transfer, gift, sell or rent out your account or share it with other people. Using someone else’s account is not allowed either.
2.3.You may not create additional accounts to get around a ban.
2.4.Your login is visible to other users in the client chat and friends list, so it must not be offensive or promotional or pass you off as the Taburetka Client team.
3. Subscription, keys and HWID
3.1.The term and price of a subscription are listed on the pricing page: 30 days, 90 days or lifetime. Any subscription unlocks all four versions of the client.
3.2.An activation key can only be used once. Its term is added to your current subscription.
3.3.The subscription is bound to the computer where the client was first launched. Moving it to another PC requires an HWID reset — a separate service for 249 ₽ or an HWID reset key. The reset does not change the subscription term.
3.4.Spoofing your HWID or bypassing the computer binding in any way is not allowed.
4. Client
4.1.You may not:
- distribute the client and loader files, make them publicly available, resell them or pass access to third parties;
- decompile, crack, patch or debug the client and the loader, reverse engineer them or bypass their protection;
- distribute or use cracked, modified or leaked builds;
- use the client to develop or test anti-cheats or other clients;
- copy Taburetka Client’s original features, interface or other work without written permission.
4.2.On game servers, you are responsible for following their rules yourself. We are not responsible for bans or other penalties imposed by servers.
5. Payment
5.1.Your account gets banned with no refund, except where a refund is required by law, for:
- a chargeback or a payment dispute after you get access;
- paying with someone else’s card or payment details;
- attempts to cheat the payment, key or promo code system.
6. Chat and community
6.1.The following are not allowed in the client chat and on our Discord:
- insults, threats, harassment and incitement to hatred;
- spam, flooding, advertising, links to third-party services and malicious files;
- posting other people’s personal data;
- scamming other users, including when selling or trading;
- impersonating the Taburetka Client team, moderators or support;
- false reports and appeals, fabricated evidence.
6.2.You may not spread knowingly false information about Taburetka Client or its team.
7. Penalties
7.1.Depending on the violation, we may issue a warning, restrict certain features (for example, chat), ban the account temporarily or permanently, block access from the computer by HWID or revoke the subscription.
7.2.For serious violations — hacking, distributing the client, chargebacks, fraud — the ban is issued immediately and without warning.
7.3.We may also restrict access on reasonable suspicion of actions that threaten the security of the service or other users, even if such a violation is not explicitly described in these rules.
8. Support and appeals
8.1.Support is on Discord: discord.gg/taburetkaclient. Claims, refunds and personal data questions go to admin@taburetka.fun.
8.2.If you think your ban was a mistake, write to us on Discord or email admin@taburetka.fun from your account’s email address. We will review your appeal and let you know our decision. The final decision is made by the administration.
8.3.Taburetka Client has no Telegram channel. If you see one somewhere, it is not us.
8.4.These rules may change. The current revision is always on this page, with the date at the top of the document.
