1. Consent
1.1.By ticking the “I consent to the processing of my personal data” box when registering on the taburetka.fun website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (the “Personal Data Law”).
1.2.If I am not yet 18, I confirm that I use the Service with the consent of my legal representatives.
1.3.The terms “Site”, “Service”, “Client”, “Loader”, “Account”, “Subscription”, “Key”, “HWID” and “Services” have the meanings given in the User Agreement.
2. Operator
2.1.The personal data operator is the administration of taburetka.fun (the “Administration”). Contact details are given in Section 8.
3. Purposes of processing
3.1.I consent to the processing of the data so that the Administration can:
- register the Account and provide sign-in and access recovery;
- provide the Subscription and HWID Reset, activate Keys, and process payments and refunds;
- support the Client’s features: chat, cosmetics and emotes;
- protect the Service and users against hacking, fraud, distribution of the Client and ban evasion;
- respond to requests and review claims;
- comply with legal requirements.
4. List of data
4.1.The consent covers the following data:
- login, email address, UID and password hash;
- avatar, if uploaded;
- IP address and browser information (User-Agent);
- information about the Subscription, Keys, purchases and promo codes, and the Account activity log;
- HWID, the computer’s technical specifications, and information about the operating system, running processes and their windows, and launches of the Client and the Loader;
- the Minecraft in-game nickname, the game server address, the nicknames of players on it and messages in the Client’s built-in chat;
- correspondence with the Administration.
5. Processing operations
5.1.I consent to the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data, both with and without the use of automation tools.
6. Transfer to third parties
6.1.I consent to the transfer of data, to the extent necessary for the purposes set out in Section 3, to the following parties:
- payment providers — order details;
- government authorities — in the cases prescribed by law.
6.2.I consent to the cross-border transfer of data to recipients located outside the Russian Federation, to the extent necessary for the purposes set out in Section 3.
6.3.I understand that my login, in-game nickname, role and messages in the Client’s built-in chat are visible to other users of the Client.
7. Term and withdrawal
7.1.This consent is valid from the moment of registration until the Account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn.
7.2.I can withdraw the consent by writing to admin@taburetka.fun from the Account’s email address. After withdrawal, the Administration stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days unless it has other lawful grounds for processing (Part 2 of Article 9 of the Personal Data Law).
7.3.I understand that the Service cannot be used without Account data, so withdrawing consent means deleting the Account.
